Elizabeth Burns, ASLA, PLA
Elizabeth Burns brings an intuitive and thoughtful approach to a wide range of project types and scales. She draws inspiration from a site’s unique character, context, and history in order to carry out a design vision which is grounded in place and addresses the client’s goals for the project. She is influenced by the forms, textures, and colors in both the natural and built world.
Elizabeth holds a Masters in Landscape Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. Her passion for plants, and background in horticulture, led her to landscape architecture, where she strives to create beautiful, comfortable outdoor spaces that enhance the human experience. Elizabeth is committed to a project’s success from start to finish: beginning with the early studies and gestures that draw out the form of the design, down to implementing the specific details, materials, and plants which make a project special.
